A Random b-day.

OK so I'm 17 now and you would think that I would be entitled to a good b-day for a change. well you thought wrong! I got home from a really cool camp last Friday:). I got home had a nice weekend and then started working in the yard on Monday, pulling weeds. Tuesday I noticed a weird rash on my wrist and my face was bugging me for some reason. well by Wednesday my face was swollen so bad that my eyes wouldn't open!I went to my mom and said ummmm mom I think I need to see the Doc. Mom said yeah I think so. Well I got into poison Ivy... The Doc gave me 2 diff meds and told me how and when to take them and all that fun stuff. So I have poison Ivy and it's getting to the point where I might need another dose of medds >:P.

But the Cool part about my b-day was my parents presents. We are turning our porch into a bed room for my little sisters.. Witch means I get my own room!!!!!!!!!! That also means I get to help with the building and sawing and screwing and nailing carpentry stuff! The best present! We started the work yesterday.

I got to take out all the windows and they all came out and only one window broke. It broke all over me but God was good and I'm ok so no harm. A few scratches but other then that I'm good.
Today is going to be really fun we got more stuff to do and the plan is for the room to be done by
Monday.

Random burn!

Ok so i was in the sun a lot a lot for about a week. I got a really bad sun burn on the top of my back.
so far this uncool burn has taught me... to be humble, to ask for help, to ware sun screen {oops!}
and many other things. Now it is one night before I head of to camp for the first time in a few years.
I'm praying God will teach me and help me while I'm away from my family. The last time I went some where my mom was in the hospital 2 weeks later. I praying that I can learn and have a good time and not worry about my mom while I'm gone. It will only be 6 days but still it's hard to leave my family after all I'm the oldest I enjoy helping out my family even if I do complain about it once in a while.

I'm going to miss my fam but I have a feeling God has some work to do on my heart and the first step is saying... here I am lord use me, teach me help me.
